I moved to the UK in 1996 to pursue M.Sc in Chemistry at Imperial College, London and was awarded the British Chevening Scholarship. I have lived here since then. I worked as a Java developer for five years and then took on the role of a full-time mother.

While growing up in India, I was always fascinated by mythological stories.I have always loved sharing these wonderful stories with my boys. They were intrigued by some stories, amused by a few others. For them, these stories provided a connection to India, the country they visit every year. Through these stories, each generation passes on social mores to the next generation.

I have teamed up with my boys, Shreyas and Ayur to convey mythological stories in modern English to children like them the world over.
